How to send promotional messages to Korea using SureM (SuperM)?

In order to send promotional traffic to South Korea, below are the conditions :
Local Route (International Clients) of SureM (SuperM):

1) Sender ID prefix starts with 009
2) [국외발신] or [Sent from Overseas] automatically added in the header
3) EUC-KR encoding (English and Korean)
4) SMS : English 90 bytes / Korean 45 characters
5) LMS (Long Message) : English 2,000 bytes / Korean 1,000 characters

International route of SureM (SuperM) :
1) Sender ID prefix starts with 00777
2) [국외발신] or [Sent from Overseas] automatically added in the header
3) UCS2 encoding (Unicode)
4) SMS : English 140 bytes / Korean 70 characters
5) No LMS supported yet additional SMS up to 3 SMS is option (truncated)
